  Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product and packaging to ensure the safety seals are intact.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your delivery address through our trusted courier partners within 48 hours.

  Receive Refund

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
